Migutan expansion joint covers have been in use for more than 30 years for sealing purposes with thousands of metres installed worldwide.
The Migutan movement joint range integrates with the deck waterproofing system to form a continuous, completely watertight system. Due to the comprehensive, well designed system of intersections, end terminations and transitions the Migutan system is ideal for applications over occupied space where a completely watertight solution is a fundamental requirement.
Transflex joints comprise of steel angles and a steel bridging plate system encased in a flexible elastomer. They are supplied in module lengths designed to be bolted to the structural concrete on either side of the expansion gap. A range of models is available to accommodate differing movement requirements. The joint provides a substantial waterproof joint and a smooth running surface.
The Willseal movement joints are pre-compressed, self-expanding open micro-cell polyurethane foams impregnated with a hydrophobic, acrylic polymer sealing compound coated with a factory-applied silicone sealant. Each joint is designed to provide a watertight, dust-proof, airtight, noise-reducing, thermally insulating, and UV stable primary seal that does not require invasive anchoring for installation.
The FloorBridge movement joint systems are prefabricated polymer floor joint profiles in carbon fibre composite technology with replaceable expansion inserts. The system produces hardly noticeable vibration when trafficked and are suitable for vertical and horizontal joint movements.
The systems are resin-bonded with no mechanical / metallic fixings so preventing the need to drill into the deck, avoiding any conflict with steel reinforcement and corrosion of the same.
