USL StructureCare acted as principle contractor on the £1m project. Property manager CBRE are the client's contract administrator on the 21-week programme, which began in January and ended in June.
USL StructureCare worked clolsey with both the Broadway Shopping Centre and Broadway Square multi-storey car parks.
The larger Broadway Shopping Centre car park has 985 spaces and is constructed directly above the centre over two levels. The adjacent Broadway Square car park has 340 spaces, again over two levels.
USL undertook concrete repairs, expansion joint replacement and applying Nufins Covercrete anti-carbonation coatings to repaired areas of concrete.

The existing deck coating has been removed to provide a suitable key for a new coating of Pitchmastic PmB DeckProtect+.
In addition to works on the car parks, USL also undertook repair and resurfacing works to the elevated service deck, which is constructed directly above the shopping centre.
