StructureCare was employed by John Sisk & Son on this substantial car parking project.
Built to accommodate coach parking at ground level for event days at Wembley Stadium, the design process has afforded the seven residential buildings at Canada Gardens private access to a 2.5-acre podium garden built on top of the 81-space coach park.
Canada Court is a build-to-rent (PRS) development forming part of developer Quintain's Wembley Park Masterplan. The scheme comprises seven buildings ranging from 12 to 26 storeys, linked at ground level by employment space and incorporating podium-level communal gardens. Sited on the edge of a new public park, Canada Court fronts this new social heart, encouraging a close-knit, active and inclusive community. With 743 private and discount market rent homes, the scheme provides a mix of dwelling types, all of which feature a generous private balcony or terrace. In addition to extensive amenity gardens, Canada Court also incorporates a sky garden and residential terrace on the 26th floor of this landmark scheme.
StructureCare was instructed to undertake decorative wayfinding to the stone mastic asphalt surfacing and concrete walls on the undercroft coach park at E03. The bright vibrant colours will assist pedestrians safely through the parking area and out to the national stadium.
The contracts Manager at John Sisk & Son, was impressed with StructureCare’s work and commented “StructureCare provided an excellent service at the tail end of a project. They delivered in a very tight timeframe and worked with us to complete our project on time and to the highest standard demanded by our client”.
